RETURN POLICY

We do not accept cancellation, but you can replace the item with in 3 days.

CHANGE OF MIND CLAIM


If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at mastercut@gmail.com and we will advise you on the next steps. Please note that if the cost of the new chosen artwork is more than the original the difference is chargeable and a redelivery charge will apply which will be calculated based on the size of your artwork and your location.

Product arrived damaged?


If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible. Please carefully inspect your product/s on arrival, all claims for breakage must be made within 3 days of receiving, no claims will be warranted after this time. We also require proof via image on email so we can make our insurance claim on these item/s.

WARRANTY CLAIM


Our artwork comes with a 12 month warranty therefore if any fault is found within this time please contact us immediately on mastcut@gmail.com. Please provide clear photographic evidence showing the fault. Should we accept the fault is ours we shall replace it without charge. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print.
